More information

'Conflict Resolution in the Workplace' is a common problem, and often because of fear of losing one's job, these conflicts go unattended. Such an approach leads to disharmony in the workplace and a subsequent lowering in performance and staff productivity. The spiral doesn't stop here. It spirals into the overall performance of the company and impacts on the financial aspects as well.

This course will comprise 3 modules. And during each, you will fill in a worksheet to establish your own progress. There will be no right or wrong answers. Together we will explore ways and means to handle disharmony. However, in order to address conflict, we would need to understand the interpretation of this conflict by powers in control and examine current systems that address these issues. Following on, we will look at the issues of concern and what can be done to address them. This will lead to brainstorming appropriate measures and, finally, implementing a policy for the good of all.
