You’ll learn the impacts of such equations on your career and your own mental health in the long run. I have been working as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for just over 12 yrs, first as a low intensity worker then a Community Development Worker going onto eventually becoming a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist all in the NHS.
