More information

At one time or another, we all have experienced the stressfulness of a workday with all the distractions you might have around your workspace compounded with deadlines. In one Work Stress Survey conducted in 2013, it was found that 83% of American employees were stressed at work. This leads us to the question if there is a way to create and maintain more balance at work? Many companies and researchers believe the key to creating more balance in your life lies in solid mindfulness practice.

In this course we will look at mindfulness in the workplace by defining what it means, investigating the benefits seen in the research, and identifying tools that you can bring more mindfulness practice into your workday.
